ALPHACANVAS RISK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

Effective Date: February 12, 2026 Last Updated: February 12, 2026

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS RISK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT CAREFULLY.

This Risk Disclosure Statement describes the material risks associated with using the AlphaCanvas platform, including risks related to AI-generated analysis, market data accuracy, scenario modeling, and the use of informational tools for financial market research. This document is part of and incorporated into the Subscription Agreement.

1. GENERAL INVESTMENT AND MARKET RISKS

1.1 Risk of Loss

Investing and trading in securities, options, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may receive back less than your original investment. You should never invest or trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1.2 Market Risk

Financial markets are subject to volatility, uncertainty, and rapid price movements. Market conditions can change quickly and without warning due to economic events, geopolitical developments, regulatory changes, natural disasters, pandemics, and other factors.

1.3 Options Risk

Options involve risk and are not suitable for all investors. Prior to buying or selling options, you should read the document titled "Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options" published by the Options Clearing Corporation ("OCC"), available at theocc.com/about/publications/character-risks.jsp.

Options risks include but are not limited to: time decay, total loss of premium, unlimited loss potential for uncovered writers, assignment risk, complex strategy risks, volatility risk, and liquidity risk.

1.4 Cryptocurrency Risk

Cryptocurrency is highly speculative and involves a high degree of risk. Cryptocurrency prices are extremely volatile. Cryptocurrencies are NOT protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation ("SIPC"), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"), or any other government insurance program. The regulatory status of cryptocurrencies varies by jurisdiction and is rapidly evolving.

1.5 Past Performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical data, backtested results, and prior analytical outputs do not guarantee similar outcomes in the future.

2. AI AND LARGE LANGUAGE MODEL RISKS

2.1 Research Output Is Not Financial Advice

All AI-generated content on the Platform, including research briefs, scenario models, market analysis, and analytical observations, is produced for informational and educational purposes only. AI outputs:

  • Are NOT personalized investment advice tailored to your financial situation;
  • Are NOT recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, or cryptocurrency;
  • Do NOT take into account your individual financial circumstances, risk tolerance, or investment objectives;
  • Should NOT be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment or trading decision.

2.2 AI Limitations and Errors

AI and LLM technology has significant limitations:

  • Hallucinations: AI models may generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information, including fabricated data, nonexistent events, or false market analysis.
  • Outdated Information: AI models are trained on historical data with a knowledge cutoff date and may not reflect recent events or current market conditions.
  • Biases: AI models may exhibit biases based on their training data, which may result in skewed or unreliable analysis.
  • Pattern Limitations: AI models identify statistical patterns in historical data. Past patterns may not repeat, and historical correlations may break down.
  • No Predictive Power: AI models cannot predict future market movements. Any forward-looking statements, scenario scores, or probability estimates are based entirely on historical patterns and statistical models, not actual knowledge of future events.
  • Context Limitations: AI models may misinterpret prompts, provide irrelevant analysis, or fail to identify critical risks.
  • Inconsistency: The same prompt may produce different outputs at different times, and different AI models may produce contradictory analyses.

2.3 Scenario Modeling Limitations

Scenario models presented on the Platform:

  • Explore hypothetical outcomes based on assumptions and historical data;
  • Are NOT predictions or forecasts of future market behavior;
  • May not account for extreme or unprecedented market conditions;
  • Are sensitive to input assumptions that may prove incorrect;
  • Should be understood as analytical explorations, not investment guidance.

2.4 Third-Party AI Provider Risks

The Platform transmits your inputs to third-party LLM providers for processing. Risks include provider service outages, changes to model behavior after updates, potential data exposure, and provider policy changes affecting service availability.

2.5 Backtesting and Hypothetical Performance

HYPOTHETICAL OR BACKTESTED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE SIGNIFICANT INHERENT LIMITATIONS. Unlike actual results, hypothetical results do not represent actual activity, are achieved with the benefit of hindsight, cannot fully account for trading costs, slippage, and liquidity, and may be overfitted to historical data.

NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN IN ANY HYPOTHETICAL OR BACKTESTED RESULTS.

3. MARKET DATA RISKS

3.1 Data Accuracy

Market data provided through the Platform, including prices, volumes, technical indicators, options chain data, alternative data, and news feeds, is sourced from third-party providers and is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any market data.

3.2 Data Delays

Market data may be delayed by seconds, minutes, or longer depending on data provider policies, exchange restrictions, system load, and your subscription tier.

3.3 Data Gaps and Errors

Market data feeds may experience gaps, interruptions, errors, or corruptions. Missing or incorrect data may cause incorrect technical indicator calculations, inaccurate scenario modeling inputs, or misleading analytical outputs.

3.4 Data Provider Failures

Third-party data providers may experience outages, discontinue services, change data formats, or impose new restrictions at any time.

4. PLATFORM AND TECHNOLOGY RISKS

4.1 Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free service.

4.2 Cybersecurity

Despite our security measures, the Platform may be vulnerable to cyberattacks, data breaches, unauthorized access, or other security incidents.

4.3 Software Errors

Software bugs, configuration errors, or unexpected interactions between system components may cause the Platform to behave unexpectedly, produce incorrect outputs, or experience downtime.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

5.1 Independent Verification

You must independently verify any information, analysis, or research output obtained through the Platform before using it as a basis for any financial decision. Sources for independent verification include official exchange data, SEC/EDGAR filings, and licensed financial data providers.

5.2 Professional Consultation

You should consult with a qualified, licensed financial professional (such as a registered investment adviser, financial planner, tax adviser, or attorney) before making investment or trading decisions.

5.3 AlphaCanvas Does Not Execute Trades

AlphaCanvas is a research and analysis platform. The Platform does not execute, facilitate, route, or transmit trades or orders. Any trading you conduct is done independently through your own brokerage accounts, at your own discretion, and entirely at your own risk.
